You’re Not Broken.
You’re Carrying More Than Anyone Ever Saw.

And you don’t have to
carry it alone anymore.

At Schoettle Counseling, I help children, teens, adults, and families heal from trauma, navigate depression, anxiety, and ADHD, move through life transitions, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been overlooked, misunderstood, or silenced.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to “hold it all together…” if you’ve survived things you’ve never spoken out loud… if you’ve spent years masking, overthinking, people-pleasing, numbing, or powering through, you’re in the right place.

You deserve a therapist who truly sees you.
One who understands trauma from the inside-out.
One who embraces neurodivergence, identity exploration, and all the complexities that come with being human.
One who meets you with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your lived experience.

I’m Erin Schoettle (she/her), LCSW, and I help people reclaim their voice, their story, and their sense of self. At their own pace, in their own way.
